BIXBY, Okla. (AP) - Some would be church burglars in Bixby got away with nothing when the church pastor walked in on their attempted theft.
Pastor Shannon Watterson told reporters that he walked into Quest Church in downtown Bixby Sunday morning and saw the television in the foyer was gone - then went into the sanctuary where he say playground wagons loaded with televisions and other items.
Watterson says he then called police as the would-be burglars apparently ran out a back door to the church.
Watterson says church services went on and that church officials now plan to install a security system.
